FCHS Unified Basketball will play in the championship tournament at RMHS on March 4. Their first game begins at 10 a.m., followed by a game at 11 a.m. If they win their bracket, the team will go on to play the championship match at 1 p.m.

This will be the first championship competition for Unified Basketball in the district.

 “I think if you are the inaugural champions, that just brings it home across the whole school, not just athletics, but everything,” Head Coach Chris Case said. “We’re ‘The Home of the Champions,’ so that would be pretty cool if Unified Basketball could bring home the trophy in their first year of the tournament.”

In February, the team celebrated its six graduating seniors at the Senior Night game, and they look forward to playing in the tournament and having fun.
