Tomorrow, students will have access to resources to improve their resumes and prepare for the April 18 Summer Hiring Fair.
At the upcoming Resume Workshop, templates, a resume builder on Xello, cover letter and reference page examples, practice interview questions, and sample applications will be available.
Interested students should bring resumes to the job fair so they can talk to employers and drop off applications on the spot. Specific interviews with employers can be set up from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-1:45 p.m.
“There’s a lot of different companies who hire high school students on a regular basis,” Work-Based Learning Coordinator Pam Davidson said. “Those are the people that we’ve invited for this particular opportunity.”
